FAIRNESS

Cleaning services often have a poor reputation in terms of pay and staff engagement. Refreshed will seek to pay wages in excess of the minimum wage, treat staff fairly and provide a positive environment for staff to work within. We will regularly engage with our team, addressing issues, and respecting views to develop any ideas they put forward.
